HBT Concrete pump

HBT Concrete pump

Concrete pump is a construction equipment that relies on pressure to transport concrete through pipes. It is equipped with special pipes, which can continuously transport concrete horizontally and vertically along the pipes. It combines ready-mixed concrete preparation with pumping construction and is an ideal type of existing concrete conveying equipment. TRISUN supplies diesel or electric concrete pumps of 30 to 90 cubic meters per hour according to customer requirements for maximum pumping capacity, maximum pumping height, maximum pumping distance, maximum aggregate size, power form, etc. In addition, TRISUN also customizes and manufactures crawler-type concrete pumps and truck-mounted pumps according to customer project requirements.

1. Hydraulic system: It adopts a double-pump, double-circuit open hydraulic system. The pumping oil circuit and the S valve oil circuit are independent of each other, which makes the system simple, extends the life of components, has higher reliability, and facilitates fault diagnosis and elimination. The pumping oil circuit adopts large-diameter valve, which has fast response, small internal leakage, good stability, high reliability and high pollution resistance. The pumping hydraulic system has safety overflow protection. At the same time, the main hydraulic pump also has a shut-off device that automatically cuts off the oil pump pressure when the system is overpressured, so that the main hydraulic pump obtains multi-level reliable protection.

2. Electronic control system: It adopts the smallest number of components and has the highest reliability. It uses a proximity switch in the cylinder for non-contact reversal to ensure reliable reversal. It comes with a wired remote control for convenient remote operation.

3. Mechanical system: The design of key stress-bearing components such as the hopper and S-valve uses I-DEAS software to conduct finite element calculations of subdivided grids on the stress state, structural stiffness, and stress concentration conditions, making the designed hopper and S-valve have good structural stiffness, excellent performance, avoiding the phenomenon of hopper deformation and S valve shaft breakage during high-level pumping.

4. Lubrication system: It uses a two-line distributor to ensure necessary lubrication of the concrete cylinder piston and various parts that need lubrication, extending the life of the piston and other seals.

5. Cooling system: It uses a forced air-cooled large radiator to ensure that the working oil temperature of the hydraulic system is controlled below 70°C, thereby ensuring that the host hydraulic system is in normal working condition.

FAQ

Q: What are the main aspects that should be considered in order to choose a suitable concrete pump?

A: 1). Pumping requirements. The selection of concrete pumps should be comprehensively considered based on specific conditions such as the characteristics of the concrete pumping project, the maximum pumping capacity required, the maximum pumping height and distance, and the form of the concrete pump.

2) . Building types and structures. In addition to the concrete pumping capacity, the type and structure of the building, construction technical requirements, site conditions and surrounding environment should also be considered. Generally, the main parameters of the selected concrete pump should be consistent with or slightly larger than the construction needs.

3). Machine quality. The product quality requirements for concrete pumps should adhere to a high starting point. If a high-priced concrete pump is selected, the requirements for its product quality must also be increased. The quality of the main components of the product, from intrinsic quality to appearance quality, must match the high price of the product.

4). Power system. The concrete pump uses fully hydraulic technology, so it is necessary to consider whether the hydraulic technology used is advanced and the quality of the hydraulic components is good. For diesel concrete pumps, since the power comes from the engine, the engine performance and quality should also be considered.

5). Operating system. The operation control system of the concrete pump is equipped with manual control, wired remote control, etc. Wired remote control is convenient and flexible. Once the wired remote control fails, manual control can be used.

6). After-sales service. As one of the key construction equipment, the concrete pump should put forward requirements for its safety, mechanical performance, after-sales service and accessory supply. Otherwise, once an accident occurs, it will not only affect the construction progress, but may also have unpredictable consequences.

Q: Why is fly ash added to pumped concrete?

A: That’s because the microstructure of fly ash is spherical particles, which are finer than cement, and it also has a certain activity. Mixing it into cement can replace part of the cement, and can increase the fluidity of the concrete, greatly improving the pumpability of pumped concrete, and also improving the later strength and durability of the concrete.

Q: What are concrete additives? What types are they divided into?

A: The additives used to improve the performance of concrete are called concrete additives. They include water-reducing agents, pumping agents, retarders, quick-setting agents, antifreeze agents, expansion agents, waterproofing agents, etc.

Q: What precautions should be taken during the operation, use and maintenance of concrete pumps?

A: 1) Maintenance. Concrete pumps need to be properly maintained before use, including checking the lubrication status of various parts, the electrical system, and the balance of the distributor, etc., to ensure smooth operation during the construction process. In addition, it is also necessary to change the oil and clean the equipment regularly.

2) Operation. When using a concrete pump, you should follow the operating specifications. You are not allowed to modify the equipment parameters or force start the machine without authorization. During the construction process, the stability of the equipment must be maintained, including maintaining a flat foundation and appropriate pads to ensure that no blockage or leakage occurs during concrete pumping.

3) Construction. During use, the concrete pump needs to be used in conjunction with other construction equipment, such as mixer truck, placing boom, etc. It is necessary to pay attention to the coordination of the positions and operations of different equipment.

4) Cleaning. After the construction is completed, the concrete pump must be cleaned and maintained. First, the concrete pump pipes should be simply flushed to remove excess concrete, and then it should be cleaned with concrete pump cleaning agent. Finally, comprehensive maintenance and inspection must be performed to ensure that the equipment starts normally when used next time.

In short, when using a concrete pump, you must strictly follow the instructions, perform proper maintenance, pay attention to safety, and cooperate with construction details to ensure construction efficiency and safety.
